Warm friendly atmosphere in chic surroundings
The property was clean and modern and is set at the top of the Spanish Steps away from the main bustle, which meant very little noise. The room was also modern with a roomy and powerful shower. The balcony was lovely and big but not used much as it was winter. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice (though the toaster was pretty useless!) and a nice timing window of 8:30-10:30. Check out time was a very civilised 11:00.
The storage in the room was very minimal. One small wardrobe and no drawers or cupboards which was nowhere near enough for a week long stay. The bidet plug also did not work properly. The restaurant was closed and the breakfast area was chilly. There is an extra charge of €35 per person to use the very small spa, which we thought was ridiculous and so did not use. This should definitely be included in the room price.

Wonderful
The location is great and the room was big after we upgraded our room.
The room was cold especially the bathroom was very cold and there was air leaking from the bathroom’s window. The pillows were small and not comfy.
